Membership & Services

• By subscribing to Heed’s services, you become a member and agree to the terms outlined herein.
• Members can upgrade or downgrade their website plans anytime. Downgrading might result in the loss of certain features.
• If unsatisfied, members can cancel anytime. Upon cancellation, Heed will temporarily deactivate the website, with an option for reactivation.
• Heed retains ownership of member websites for security, hosting, and maintenance. However, members can opt to buy out their website at any point. Buyout prices are:
  • Basic: $2,500
  • Premium: $3,500
  • Business: $6,000

 

Hosting & Technical Support: All member websites are hosted via Cloudways. Heed is not liable for hosting-related issues, downtime, or data loss but will liaise with Cloudways for any technical issues. Upon website buyout, members assume responsibility for hosting, domain, and security. Heed remains available for support at $100/hour.

Portfolio & Features: By default, Heed showcases member websites in its Portfolio. Members can opt-out if they prefer not to be featured.

Cookies & Privacy: By accessing Heed, you consent to the use of cookies in line with Heed’s Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property & License: Unless otherwise stated, Heed owns the intellectual property rights for all material on Heed. All rights are reserved.

User Interaction: Some sections of the website may allow users to post comments. Heed does not review comments before they appear on the website and is not responsible for any content that appears on member websites.

Reservation of Rights: Heed reserves the right to request the removal of any link to our website.
